Cold water diving

We do it bolder in Alaska. Year round diving is a rewarding and personal dedication, enjoyed by people of all sexes and ages in Alaska. The summer waters in Southeast Alaska are actually quite warm. Relative to winter that is! Dry suits and full compliments of dive gear are available for rent from local dive shops. If you are not dry suit certified, a 7 mil wetsuit is more than sufficient thermal protection for summer dives at shallower depths (60 feet or less). Just let us know your needs and we will prearrange anything from equipment to training.

Come enjoy the robust beauty of rock pinnacles, urchin, Octopus, rock fish, wrecks. The list goes on! Coastal Alaska is virtually untouched by the relatively small community based SCUBA community. Aboard your yacht, we can guide you to known sights and explore new ones with you! It is entirely possible to drop anchor and dive a sights that have never been visited by human beings! Having a coldwater Divemaster on board will open a whole new world of opportunities during your expedition.
